Our estate of almost seven hectares is the dream place for a relaxing vacation; surrounded by greenery and just 15 kilometers from the beautiful white sandy beaches and the azure-blue Adriatic sea; give you the vacation feeling immediately.
With us, you’ll stay in a cozy apartment, a spacious new (2025) luxury glamping tent, a furnished bell tent or a cozy bed & breakfast room. Whatever you choose, it will feel like coming home. The surroundings invite adventure: strolling through medieval villages, swimming in streams or just walking barefoot through the grass. And less than fifteen minutes away awaits the Adriatic Sea with its snow-white beaches and azure waters – perfect for a day of sun and sea.
During your vacation, we would love to introduce you to Italian La dolce vita. Enjoying the little things, taking the time to pause and appreciate everyday moments and live your vacation to the fullest. With us, enjoying good food and drink with local products is central; taking the time for the pranzo (lunch) or cena (dinner) is a nice moment to forget your worries and just be concerned with enjoying being together; spending time with each other.
Start your day with breakfast on your own terrace or a cappuccino in the hay barn, tour the winding country roads, buy your fresh vegetables straight from the local market or come and harvest them yourself in our organic vegetable garden and taste the simplicity and purity of Italian cuisine. With us it’s all about making time for each other, enjoying the moment and creating memories that will stay with you forever.

Give us a hand during the olive harvest or grape picking, if you feel like it! We arealso building a large organic vegetable garden on our property with bright red tomatoes and mega-courgettes. And if you’re lucky, the fruit is just ripe when you arrive.

Did you know that we have our own vineyard with the local Pecorino grape? And that we also produce olive oil? All our crops are treated according to organic regulations and our grapes are even DOCG certified.
Of course, you can taste the products during your stay and – if in stock – also buy them to enjoy at home.

This spring/early summer we will be putting up a set-up pool at our agriturismo.
We found a nice spot for it near the vineyard and overlooking the olive grove and the hills. The ideal place to relax after a day of touring or when you don’t feel like going to the beach.
Whether you want to swim, sunbathe or just cool off, our pool will soon offer something for everyone.
